The SKKY Hotel was a major renovation project in an established market, transforming an old motel that was falling apart into a boutique hotel in a class of its own. The business plan was researched and designed a few years prior to the hotel opening. Four Sides Hospitality Consulting assumed a partial management contract in 2011 to take it to the next level. The main focus of the operation has been on gaining corporate contracts and building relationships with the thirteen First Nations in the Yukon, and three more in northern BC and Inuvik, NWT. The SKKY Hotel been rewarded TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence nearly every year. Annual revenues have increased by an average of 7.5% year-over-year, with record revenues being achieved in 2022, 2023, and projected records for 2024.

The Baker Hotel is a historic boutique hotel located in the Kootenays of southeast British Columbia. The hotel was built in 1923 and then expanded later on. The current owner purchased it a few years ago and has done extensive renovations to transform it back into a fully-operational hotel. They approached Four Sides Hospitality Consulting at the beginning of 2024 to help establish operating procedures, market the property, and reposition it in the market to take it to a mid-tier boutique hotel away from a lower tier. The hotel is currently on pace for vastly improved revenues and ADR for 2024, setting it up for long-term success.
